Homeschooling 101 Book Blog Tour Project

Homeschooling is no longer only for the rich and paranoid nor the religiously fanatic. Reading this frank interview, you’ll see that homeschooling is about making sure your kids have the best education they can have, which is the best gift you can give a kid. Included in this project is an interview with a homeschool veteran, Karen Lange, and an honest book review of her how-to guide on homeschool co-ops.

I’m a fan of homeschooling as you can not only teach kids all the things they need to know, but you can teach them more that isn’t allowed within the school systems. You can also make sure they have healthy food, plenty of breaks to play and maintain a healthy body and mind, and you can even go about your own lives while the kids are learning. With homeschooling, education is no longer a punishment.

So, to start teaching people about the world of homeschooling and it’s opportunities, I interviewed Karen Lange, who’s been working within the homeschooling communities for well over 16 years. From the interview alone I learnt a great multitude of things about homeschooling in general, but also the more collaborative adventures of homeschooling co-ops. If you’re new to the concept of teaching your kids at home, don’t worry. Homeschooling is no longer only for the rich and paranoid nor the religiously fanatic. Reading this frank interview, you’ll see that homeschooling is about making sure your kids have the best education they can have, which is the best gift you can give a kid.

I’m looking forward to posting the book review so you guys can read all about that too. Unfortunately, the publisher has put off the release date, so we’ve been asked not to post them just yet. When it’s up, I’ll add a link to it here.
